Sir Ellis Hovell Minns (1874-1953) was a British archaeologist whose work focused on Eastern Europe. He was a fellow of Pembroke College, Cambridge, Member of the Imperial Russian Archaeological Society and Member of the Imperial Historical and Antiquarian Society of Odessa. This work, Scythians and Greeks, was first published in 1913 by Cambridge University Press.
